How do I check my loan application status?
Call +91 79803 98535 or email support@myinstacash.com with your reference number. Our team responds within 4 business hours.
How can I repay my loan?
Repayments are processed automatically via NACH (auto-debit). Manual payments via UPI, NEFT, or IMPS. Contact support for details.
What if I want to prepay or foreclose my loan early?
Orrish Finance charges zero prepayment or foreclosure fees. Contact support with your loan account number and preferred date.
How do I raise a complaint or grievance?
Email grievance@myinstacash.com or use the contact form above. Complaints acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 7 working days per RBI guidelines.
My loan was rejected. What are my options?
We'll send you a communication explaining the reason. Common reasons: low credit score, insufficient income, or incomplete documentation. You may reapply after 90 days.
